Indulge in the season's finest with our Winter Harvest banquet. For this set menu dinner we've hand-selected the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients that capture the essence of winter's bounty.

We're strong believers in buying local and in season, these changes are also reflected in our regular restaurant menu. Seasonal produce benefits from optimal growing conditions and is harvested at peak ripeness. More delicious, and more nutritious!

It's also friendlier for our good friend, the planet. Buying in season supports local farmers, and reduces food miles. All of our fresh produce this evening is sourced from right here in wintry Western Australia, so give yourself a pat on the back after you've made your booking.

Optionally, you can indulge in a paired drinks menu prepared by our beverage manager Tony Roche.
