A honey based banquet, hosted by local beekeepers Elixir Raw Honey

As springtime blooms, join us in The Garden for a unique honey banquet, hosted by local beekeepers Elixir Raw Honey.

The evening will begin with a honey tasting board, where you'll sample different flavours of local raw honey. The unique aroma, flavour and colour of each honey variety is determined by the floral source (such as jarrah, wildflower, or banksia) from which the bee collects the nectar. These artisanal wild honeys are sustainably sourced from beehives dotted throughout the remote forests and native bushlands of Western Australia.

Kate from Elixir Honey will be joining us on the night to walk us through the flavours, and talk all things beekeeping.

Following the tasting you'll enjoy a honey-based banquet, under the light of handmade beeswax candles. Our chefs will be presenting a four course set menu that highlights the fine products of Elixir Honey, paired with fresh local produce.
