A floral feast for the senses.
Join us for an evening where the art of food meets the beauty of flowers. You'll live the sweet life of a bee for an evening, dining on a set menu banquet showcasing the flavours of edible flowers, wild pollen, and local raw honey.
Witness the fascinating partnership between flora and fauna, where bees, drawn by the same colours and scents you experience, play a vital role in crafting the very flavours on your plate. To accompany your meal, you'll share a (mostly edible) sensory sample plate highlighting some of the raw floral ingredients our chefs will be incorporating into the menu, including fennel pollen, marigold, and native rosemary!
Optionally, you can indulge in a paired drinks menu prepared by our beverage manager Tony Roche: a matching set of floral cocktails and botanical spritzes.
