Following the previously sold out Plantasia banquet, The Garden returns with Plantasia: Volume III

Join us for an evening of culinary and aural delight, as we explore the flavours of the garden, to the tranquil sounds of Plantasia. Enjoy a plant based banquet, set to the soothing sounds of Mort Garson's 1976 album Plantasia -'Warm earth music for plants, and the people who love them'.

This playful menu has been prepared by our chef Jerry Sheeran and includes a sprinkle of his South Indian culinary heritage. In Perth, Jerry has previously honed his craft at Sauma and Topi -some of Perth's best Indian restaurants. Jerry describes his personal style of cooking as 'Not Really Indian', incorporating influences from across the globe simmering together in a kaleidoscope of flavour.

Optionally, you can indulge in a paired drinks menu prepared by our beverage manager Tony Roche: a matching set of floral cocktails, and vegan wines.
