Join Katia and Sabrina Cappadocio of La Formaggeria, Perth's authentic Roman cheese artisans, for a deliciously fun Sunday afternoon in The Garden.

This interactive "Sip and Stretch" workshop guides you through the basics of traditional Italian cheese-making. You'll get hands-on, shaping your very own mozzarella, creamy burrata, and delicate stracciatella, with bubbles in hand.

No cheese-making experience is required! Katia and Sabrina are seasoned pros, and will guide you every step of the way.
