Hands-on Italian cheese-stretching at Evergreens!
As part of this year’s NOM NOM Festival, Katia and Sabrina Cappadocio of La Formaggeria invite you into the world of traditional Roman cheese-making for a hands-on masterclass.
This 'stretch and sip' workshop guides you through traditional Italian techniques, letting you shape your own cheese, while enjoying some spritz and nibbles along the way. No experience required! Our hosts will guide you through each step, turning beginners into confident cheese-makers.
They'll be hosting two days of workshops, exploring different varieties of cheese, and the art of making them. If you have a true passion for formaggio, feel free to attend both!
Class sizes are limited, and bookings essential!
