La Delizia Latticini is Perth's finest cheese lab, and a favourite among Perth chefs. Helmed by third generation cheesemaker Domenico Boccia, La Delizia specialises in fresh soft curd Italian cheeses like burrata, ricotta, mozzarella and stracciatella. This set menu will show off their beautiful product, and is a must for soft cheese lovers.
