Experience a curated multi-course dinner in The Garden, paired with celebrated wines from Margaret River's Voyager Estate.

Voyager Estate is one of the founding wine estates in Margaret River, conceived by Michael Wright—a farmer and regional pioneer. For four decades, Voyager Estate has remained a small, family-owned and independently-run business.

They have commitment to low-interference, sustainable winemaking, and have earned a reputation as one of Australia’s most innovative certified organic producers of world-class Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.

We'll be joined by Mike Saunders, Head of Viticulture of Voyager Estate since 2024, to introduce the wines and share some insider detail about their craft.

This exclusive evening showcases the best of their current releases, as well as a vertical tasting of back-vintage Cabernet Sauvignon, to complement a five course set menu from The Garden kitchen featuring some of the region’s finest local produce.

Availability is very limited for this intimate dinner and early booking is recommended.
