Weekend Wellness Series with The Fulfilment Project

Move with meaning, and join us for a morning of fun exercises & meditative practices hosted by Jade!

Start your Sunday morning off on the right foot, with a special addition of MoveMEANT® hosted by The Fulfilment Project founder - Jade Reynolds!

This 45-minute MoveMEANT® session will consist of mindful exercises that will have you listening to your body, allowing yourself to feel free (yes, you will be hula hooping at some point). Gently wind down post workout with a 15-minute guided mediation, curated and facilitated by Jade.

Make your way downstairs to Servo for a post workout breakfast. Help yourself replenish & refuel with our cold-pressed juices, Micrology coffee and tasty A.M. eats.

About Jade

Jade is a mental health occupational therapist, personal trainer, and professional dancer. With 7 years experience as a qualified therapist, she has a strong passion for helping others to feel good physically, mentally, and spiritually. Jade brings movement and mindset together, to create movement with a purpose. Jade's areas of interest are anxiety, depression, and building confidence in women!
